上 海 铝 业 行 业 协 会

    上海铝业行业协会成立于1989年3月，为上海地区从事铝加工、铝制品和铝冶炼行业企事业单位自愿组成的行业性社团。协会宗旨：遵守国家宪法、法律、法规和政策，遵守市场规则；以政府经济发展战略为指导，在行业管理中充分发挥积极作用；坚持为行业、为企业服务，建立和完善行业自律机制，代表和维护企业合法权益，沟通会员与政府之间的联系，协调会员之间的公平竞争和合作关系；促进本地铝业行业的经济发展、科技进步和管理优化，促进国际经济交往与合作，推进社会进步。 协会业务范围：行业调研、技术培训、编辑出版、技术咨询、信息交流、会展招商、产品推介、法律服务、政府委托事项等。
本协会的行业业务主管单位是上海市经济委员会，协会业务主管单位是上海市行业协会发展署，登记主管单位是上海市社会团体管理局。本协会同时接受上海市经济委员会、上海市行业协会发展署和上海市社会团体管理局的业务指导和监督管理。本协会也接受上海市工业经济联合会的业务指导。
    本协会目前有会员企业近50家，其中包括了上海市铝行业中所有的骨干企业。另外也有上海周边的江浙两省的部分铝行业企业自愿参加者。
    多年来，本协会为贯彻“为行业、为企业服务”的宗旨，积极开展多方面服务工作。坚持开展信息服务，为企业生产经营提供决策信息。通过会刊《上海铝业》向会员企业提供国内外的铝加工方面的信息。通过行业统计，特别是每年参与编制的《全国铝加工经济分析统计年鉴》一书，提供了全国铝加工行业的生产经营方面的有关数据为铝行业企业可供借鉴参考。坚持开展技术服务，推动企业技术进步。协会组织行业内专家为企业技术改造、产品升级换代，做了一定的工作。坚持开展交流服务，拓展企业视野。根据企业需要，开展考察调研活动，举办展示会，开展中介服务，推广行业内企业产品，使企业拓展了市场。
本协会贯彻落实市人大和市府颁布的《上海市促进行业协会发展规定》、《上海市行业协会暂行办法》等文件精神，在完成了改革调整工作的阶段性任务后，于2003年2月28日进行了换届改选。选举产生了上海铝业行业协会第四届理事会。通过了新修订的《上海铝业行业协会章程》和新制定的《上海铝业行业协会行规行约》。新一届理事会由十二家理事单位组成。理事长单位为上海铝加工厂，四家副理事长单位是上海振兴铝业有限公司、萨帕铝热传输（上海）有限公司、上海天地金属制品有限公司、上海有色合金厂。八家理事单位是上海铝线厂、上海华瑞铝业合作公司、上海申嘉铝业总厂、上海万泰铝业有限公司、浙江宁波富邦精益集团铝材厂、美铝（上海）铝业有限公司、上海华昌铝制品厂、上海新格有色金属有限公司。
    上海铝业行业协会通过改革调整，要进一步加强自身建设，健全内部运行机制使之制度化、规范化，不断提高协会工作人员的素质。把上海铝业行业协会办成与上海工业建设新高地相适应、与政府职能转变相适应、与加入WTO后对行业协会的新要求相适应的协会。

    The Brief of the shanghai alaminum trade assocition. Shanghai Aluminum Trode Assciotion was founded in March,1989.it is a propessional organization made up by enterprises that major in machining,making and smelting aluminum.
    The aim of organization is that comply with the constitation,law regulations and pllicy,also comply with the ruk of market.we clirecteel by the development strategy of the government and elaborate positive function in trade and coterprises,setting up and consammating the self=discipline mechanism of our trade,represent and safeguard the right of enterprises,link up the contact between our membes and the government,coordinate the development in economy,science and technology,optimization in marayement of local alwmnum trade,promote the international association and cooperate in economy,and also push on the development of our society.
    The professional range of the ssociation,make investigation and research of our trade,skill training,edit and publish,seek counsel of skill,information communication,canvass for business,recommend of products, law services,government eentrust and so on.
The asociation is in the charge of shanghai economic committel,the professional work is in the chrge of shanghai trade association development Bureall,Shanghai Organization Maragement Brueall is registered as the unit in charge.So the association is guided and managed by these three unit at the same time.The association also accept the professional guide form Shanghai industry economy federation.
The association is now have nearly 50 members,including all the backbones of Shanghai aluminum trade.We also have some members form Zhejiang and Jiangsu Province.
    Through the years,the association launch lots aspects of services for the aim that seve for the trade and enterprises.We also insist on launching services of information so as to supply the enterprises with helpful information.According to the statistics,especially we join in the composing of The Yearbook of Notional Aluminum Process Analyze which saply the data for the aluminum trade to reperence.We also insist on launching skill services to push the skill progress of the enterprises.And we invite speciulists to help in reforming skill,developing the products.Besdes,we insist on launching communication services to espand the vies of some researches,hold exlibitions,launch intermediary servies,popularize products to help the emterprises expand the market.
    The assoccation carry our the essence of the rule of process the trade association in Shanghai and law of the trade Association in Shanghai.After finishing the regulation,we hold another election and elect the 4th countil,aclopt the new Shanghai Aluminum Trade Association Rules adn the Shanghai Aluminum Trade Association Trade Rules.The new council is mach up by twelve couneil members.the chairperson is Shanghai Aluminum Process Factory.the four deputy are Shanghai ZhengXing Aluminum Trade co ltd,Sapa Aluminum Heat Transmit(Shanghai)Co.Ltd,Shanghai Tiande Metals Co.Ltd,Shanghai nonperrous Metal Facrory.The eight members are Shanghai Aluminum Thread Factory,Shanghai Huarm Aluminum looperate Co.Ltd,Shanghai Shenjia Aluminum Industrial complex,Shanghai Wantai Aluminum Co.Ltd.(Zhejiang province),Ninbo Fubang Jinyi Group,Aluminum Co.Ltd.(Zhejiang Province),Shanghai huanchang aluminum products factory.
    Through the regulation,Shanghai Aluminum Trade Association will go step further in deviloping itself,strengthening the function setting up a systematic procedure,make it standardization and develop qulity of the staft.We'll make Shanghai Aluminum Trade Association to meet the requirement of the new Shanghai industry upland,suit the transform of government function and to meet the new requirement after toking part in the WTO.
